Grand Mercure Shenzhen Guangming

Nice and clean, close to subway station, just beside two big shopping mall with a lot of restaurant opitions. Wonderful room perfect for family. The breakfast was good with Asian and Western options. My family really enjoy the stay. 😊👍

Great hotel - highly recommend. Witch Chef restaurant, Grand Mercure with it's in-house gym and pool - the only way to survive China!:)

The best hotel ever

Staff behaviour very professional specially Mr. Arthur at front desk. Would like to stay again.

We had to wait 6 hours at the airport as the promised pick up and drop off was denied at the airports bus transport hub. The hotel's contact number went unanswered from 5am until 11am. I was told by the airport staff to take the metro! Not a good idea when traveling with baggage and a six year old plus having to change lines to get to the destination 1 hour later, with no Chinese. Then we waited for a bus (A6) and left for the hotel which was 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive at its destination which is far too long. We had to get the last bus which left at 21.00 thus did not have much time to rest or see any thing around which was the plan. When we left the hotel to find some food as we missed the breakfast which was part of the booking we found that no one took an overseas credit card. Thus, we had to get local currency AND FOR THIS WE HAD TO GET A CHINESE NATIONAL!! THIS TOOK ANOTHER HOUR OFF OUR REST AS WE HAD TO GO BACK TO THE HOTEL TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE which was provided. Overall a negative experience not to be repeated again. If you really have to / want to go take enough local cash and pick a hotel much closer to the airport.
